Kevin serves as Director of Communications and PIO for the DC Department of Human Services (DHS).

Kevin was Vice President of Strategy & Partnerships at Strategic Elements, a full-service public affairs and communications firm with extensive experience in issue advocacy. With a knack for navigating fast-paced, high-stakes situations, Kevin helped clients decode complex issues, develop smart strategies, build impactful partnerships, and deliver effective messages at local, state, and national levels.

Kevin was a senior vice president at Ichor Strategies, an innovative consultancy that specializes in connecting Fortune 500 companies to communities. As head of Ichor’s Washington, DC office, Kevin was instrumental to the firm’s 2015 launch and subsequent expansion. He led Mid-Atlantic client management and community outreach for the firm, helping corporate leaders in energy, financial services, health care, retail, technology and telecom engage more effectively with local stakeholders and create meaningful impact in the communities they serve.

Kevin was a senior vice president at Finsbury, a global leader in strategic communications and public affairs. From New York and Washington, DC, Kevin provided communications and reputation counsel to some of the world’s best-known companies. He specialized in crisis and issue management, public policy and regulatory affairs, brand and leadership positioning, corporate responsibility and sustainability, employee and community engagement, labor and workforce matters, litigation support, strategic research, and transactions. When Finsbury acquired Robinson Lerer & Montgomery in 2011, Kevin played key roles in the integration of the two firms and launch of Finsbury’s U.S. public affairs practice.

Kevin was a vice president at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery, a global leader in crisis communications and issue management. During his years with the firm, Kevin worked on some of the most complex communications challenges in recent decades, including the 2008 financial crisis; high-profile litigation and government investigations; major activist and policy-driven campaigns; and one of the largest product recalls in history.
