Currently leading the district in our personalized learning initiative as well as our work around diversity, equity and inclusion. We are working to increase student engagement and ultimately empowerment. Student voice leads to student ownership. As former Gananda High School Principal I worked with the staff to raise our graduation rate over 20% in 5 years by changing culture.
