Provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 technical support, including onsite customer support Fulfill account/settings creation and modification requests to hosted customer DNS, Web Hosting, Exchange, Lync, Citrix and AD environments. Implement and maintain Group Policy in multi-tenant hosted environment. Design, implement and maintain infrastructure and services for both internal and hosted : MS SQL (Including Failover Cluster)Lync/Skype Exchange SharePoint Assist with mailbox migrations, recovery and spam filtering. Create and modify scripts to inventory/monitor services and create/modify accounts.
