Since 2018 Kasper has been supporting the growth of two major pharmaceutical assets, Abilify Maintena and Trintellix / Brintellix leading the strategic evolution through the brands lifecycles. Kasper has a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing including global and regional strategic brand management across multiple therapeutic areas. He has a solid business experience as marketing leader with a successful track record that includes experience in all areas of the product life cycle. He has managed people in a cross functional organization across multiple countries, including recruitment and performance management. He has demonstrated his ability to lead virtual teams in non-hierarchical cross functional settingsKasper brings knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry, marketing, promotion and both strategic and tactical experience across the whole product life cycle. He is very familiar with the challenges of the regulatory and legal framework governing the industry and marketing, particular from his experience with post loss of exclusivity strategies for Janssen’s mature assets in across the world.During his tenure at Janssen, Kasper has developed a deep understanding of the changes in market dynamics at LoE, particularly in the European region. His strong knowledge and understanding of the product performance drivers in a LoE settings has earned him recognition in his role as European, Middle East & Africa Leader for the CNS drug CONCERTA® a role that in 2015 was expanded to the hematology area where he is leading the Late Lifecycle Strategy creation the for the $1bn+ brand VELCADE®
