Outreach in the community to provide basic medical care and health education to individuals experiencing homelessness in Tucson.

Performed at the University of Arizona Center for Sleep and Circadian rhythm funded by the National Department of Defense to research the effects of bright light, exercise, and melatonin in addition to placebos on induced jet lag. Responsible for subject screening, recruiting, and initial interaction with the lab. Additionally performed specimen collection, administration of tests, tracking and logging data via REDcap, and overall assistance to ensure the progression of the program.

University of Arizona WIMS club is an ASUA recognized student-led organization that advocates for women’s advancement and leadership in medically related fields and the sciences to ensure the successful participation of women in current and future roles within medicine in science through education, advocacy, mentoring and networking.

Fostered a positive environment for upwards of three hundred patrons a day. Collaborated on various levels to ensure teamwork in addition to keeping the surrounding environment clean and safe. Developed critical thinking skills such as fast-paced communication while maintaining professionalism as to not worry patrons when an emergency was occurring.
