I am responsible for annual personnel reviews, attendance adherence and daily work completion for my 15 direct reports. In this time (6 months) I have built professional relationships with the unionized maintenance staff, monitored and corrected performance outages and implemented new KPI displays to share departmental goals with the working staff. Found out in June 2023 that Nestle has decided to close the Freehold Plant. Moved on to new opportunity with Tyson Foods.

These processes are still used and are currently expanding to the use of hand held devices for maintenance calls.

During my time as the Continuous Improvement/KPO Leader for our site I lead and was involved in more than 80 kaizens which ranged from 5S to SMED to Standard Work. A couple of highlights were in 2010 when we reduced our overall changeover time on our large production line from 30 mins to 11.5 mins and in 2013 when we reduced our large production line flavor changeover time from 661 seconds to 353 seconds (53% reduction). During this time I also became a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through the Rutgers Business School.
