• Developed and implemented over 20 recreation programs for individuals with special needs for the West Island of Montreal, including day camps, residential camps and evening/weekend programs.• Hired, trained and supervised over 45 employees and over 100 volunteers to work in the programs per year.• Developed promotional information to market the programs.• Developed and managed the yearly budget through forecasting program needs and demand.
