I author and present cyclical reports for our events, membership and sales team highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. I deliver new leads to our sales/membership team mined from behavioral data we collect and constantly look for mechanisms we can implement to grow actionable data in this area. I manage our in-house support team and have unique insights into opportunities we face as an organization. I approach these opportunities creatively and have succeeded in turning many into lucrative facets of AUVSI. This was achieved by ensuring total computer application support, superior software training to all staff, seamless system integration and implementation, rigorous software testing and technical analysis to provide leadership with key information to make data driven decisions. I was an expert in AUVSI’s software systems with a key role in researching problems, planning solutions, recommending software/systems and coordinating development to meet business needs or other requirements. I managed our in-house software support team and work with several vendors to achieve all AUVSI IT initiatives. I had both the high-level technical knowledge and the knowledge of AUVSI business processes to be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties with relevant and valuable information.
