Managed installation activities of telecommunications equipment including:- Mobility installation, commissioning, removal including site prep activities (roads, culverts GEO sampling tower installations, commercial AC and Telco facilities.- Large DC power plant installation and decommissioning- 5ESS Switching systems for new offices, growth and removal.Supervised a large labor force scheduling daily activities of both small and large scale installation activities to multiple job locations throughout the upper Midwest, which included on-time completion, meeting and exceeding both internal and customer driven quality standards, as well as personal payroll responsibilities. Additional roles included managing the real estate office space and tool room/warehouse associated with the support of the installation personal.
