This included the management of over twenty trainers across multiple sites within the United States. Content creation, website administration, train the trainer sessions, direct communication with the VP of training to coordinate compliance, new hire and developmental training, along with leading international training projects across product lines outside of the Healthcare division.

Responsible for Business Process Outsourcing location of over 175 associates and a monthly budget exceeding 1 million dollars. Responsible for all aspects of the location including customer service with clients, human resource related activities with location associates and communication through corporate office, all technology related components including telephone systems and computer hardware and software, training and development for associates and daily analysis of performance and the reporting of these statistics to the Senior Vice President of the division.

This included customer contact, insurance billing and contact and skip-tracing. Responsible for a budget of approximately $150,000 per month and the analysis and reporting of statistics to the location General Manager. Additionally, associate training and interaction on a daily basis to ensure production standards are met.

Responsible to assist collection manager for a group of approximately 15 associates with a monthly budget of $150,000. This included all training and development along with Human Resource related functions. Additionally, responsible for a portfolio of approximately 1,000 healthcare accounts and the insurance contact and billing of those accounts, along with customer contact to resolve third part bad debt.
