During this phase I directly reported to the CEO and worked closely with the business and technology leadership team of Ignite.Prior to June, 2017I was responsible for the SaaS operations and technology advancement for high up-time and scalability, reporting directly to the CTO and the MD of India operations. It required managing a 6-member SaaS and IT operations team across the globe (India and the US) and engaging with highly skilled engineers and architects.In the last 14 years, I influenced almost all parts of the technology and innovation stack of FirstRain—from development to operations to systems to strategy and business—and became one of the go-to person for almost everything.
