As of October 1, 2020 we transitioned from Kronos and Ultimate to UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). My role is to continue to bring value to my customers and those looking at UKG to join our family of customers. My role is to help Kronos customers optimize their investment and maximize their ROI of their Labor Management Solution. Uncover the gap analysis between the time you purchased versus the needs of today. Deliver quality account management by effectively listening and provide insight to your business challenges such as visibility to critical labor data, ACA compliance, CA labor laws, controlling your labor cost, and minimizing your risk to employee labor grievances and lawsuits. Additionally I help organization, who are reviewing new workforce management partners, understand how Kronos can help them achieve their optimum level of success by focusing on their greatest assets - employees. Q. How can you achieve reduced labor cost without compromising the value you deliver to your customers or over burdening your employees? A. Working with Kronos customers and those evaluating Kronos to understand their workforce management needs to effectively demonstrate how Kronos can meet those needs. I worked with many companies uncovering their manual processes, workflows, and needs list to determine the cost justification of automating these processes and bringing best practice information based on my experience with like customers and the overall Kronos customer experience.

Beginning with understanding their view point on the end results and then walking them through the process of implementation, training, and go live. My responsibilities included creating the interfaces, technical readiness, installing the software, creating pay rules, profiles, and ensure the system was fully functional before working with the customer during test and certification.I also assisted the customer to make the best decisions based on their needs and the solution flow for the best case solution with ease of use.
