As part of the Evaluation Committee, I collaborated with a team of stakeholders to develop a new evaluation program used to evaluate all teachers in Loudoun county, using state and national mandates. Using current research and data, we developed a holistic rubric scoring all educators. Additionally, we created measurable descriptors in all seven sections within the evaluation tool to help school leaders effectively evaluate their staff.

Here, I created and taught an online Word Study class dedicated to all Loudoun County teachers. I also taught ten classes designed to meet adult learners' needs and increase their knowledge in implementing word study. The course materials and use were streamlined and easy to navigate for all learning levels of students. Additionally, I oversaw and encouraged student engagement through a collaborative platform allowing for sharing their understanding and relevance of the material.
