Resonsible for EV OBC project development

 Responsible for design testing fixtures and programming for function test. Could use software VB and Labview to write the test programming freely The major products I take in charge is LED lighting of automotive back for Valeo, cool fan for BMW engine, the controller for steering wheel, the cluster control panel with PCBA , SunRoof controller and windows lifter, ECU of packing sensor Familiar using Agilent power supply , oscillograph and NI series hardware. IEE488 GPIB control system CAN/LIN applied on ECU of packing sensor through programming

 Design the DVD test fixture and help R&D to programming the test program according to customer's ST and special request Cooprate with the whole AE team and make the PPAP and Trail Run process for new projects smoothly until mass production Help RD to debug for the products and test program and provide related reports to customer.G&RR,CPK,FCT coverage etc Familiar with the working principle of pickup(Laser-Diod) such as sanyo optic pickup,philip optical pickup,sony optical pick up,after mass production, monitor FPY,do FA for defected part and provide corrective action Help QA engineers to do analysis for customer complaintAchievements: Take charge of automotive Video entertainment system Take charge of the design, development and maintenance of the test instruments used on the production lines Evaluate the cost of test instruments to be used on the new productions and help purchasing department to purchase Lead a team to maintain all the test instruments used on the production lines Track all the test processes and evaluate the performance for new productions, Co-work with RD to solve the problems caused by instruments and improve the productions yield
