• Provide weekly computer support to student labs including account management, audio/video equipment and network printers
• Design and maintain IT Services web site (Macromedia Dreamweaver)

• Provide computer and electronic support for faculty/staff, 150+ students, and ongoing research
• Part-time Member of School of Public Health and Health Professions (SPHHP)Information Technology Team assisting with LAN and computer support, software upgrades, and student labs

• Independently managed and coordinated biomedical engineering for St. Jerome Hospital
• Performed preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment in excess of 800 pieces to reduce down-time and ensure all devices meet safety standards for hospital compliance
• Troubleshot and repaired malfunctioning medical equipment, on call 24 hours per day
