Manager of software and infrastructure projects in Commercial Lines. My experience includes uplift and expansion of major commercial lines applications. Responsible for all facets of project delivery including: reporting, development, release management, test planning, demand management, risk mitigation, and finances. Demand management, risk management, and change requests were performed in Planview Enterprise One and Clarity. Project plans, estimates, and actuals were managed in Planview Enterprise One, Open Workbench, and Excel. • Improved price adequacy by $10M and improving pricing by $230K/mo through implementation of the Account Scoring Engine.• Increased speed of policy price adjustments by encouraging an agile approach to pricing which allows Nationwide to quickly react to the needs of its members. • Quickly improved Nationwide's competitiveness through implementation of the MN Union Construction worker discount program which delivered new functionality across 12 agile lines in two months.• Pioneered some of the first Scaled Agile projects to implement in minimal marketable products (MMP's)• Reduced SQL Server maintenance costs by $250K annually through refactoring and implementation of design best practices.• Member of Northeast Regional Leadership Development Program• Member of CTO advisory committee.
