I organized 45 students into 10 groups for semester project and maintained constant contact with all students using Adobe Connect Pro. I tracked and graded all work completed by students using Microsoft Excel. Additionally, I provided any assistance in student’s ability to learn material. During my time as a Teaching Assistant for MBA 512 Business Planning, I gained valuable experience in managing a large group. Management is a difficult task that is not for everyone, but with the proper tools and mentorship, I was able to adapt to all difficulties along the way.

As Regional Brand Manager for Unique Pretzel, a growing pretzel company, I was in charge of building the brand in the NYC/ Long Island region. It was a great learning environment where I gained great experience, especially with direct marketing and promotional events. Additional experiences included market research, especially regarding competitor's actions in the market and developing strategies to gain an advantage.

Developed spread sheets to locate and create new accounts. Using product knowledge and sales techniques, I worked to develop sales leads for the company, which manufactured and sold camping and military supplies to retail stores.

As the Pool Director, I was in charge of maintaining the pool facility during its hours of operation. I was in charge of hiring and maintaining schedules of 8 lifeguards while overseeing a summer camp of children, ages 6-14, when they chose to swim. I also organized a schedule for swim lessons to be orchestrated as well.
