• Adapted to multiple aspects of NPower Canada’s education roles efficiently such as facilitating a professional development workshop, and over 15 technical workshops, while receiving an excellent response from the site team and management.• Evaluated sixty to ninety participants per cohort based on strong soft and technical skills in order to create a personal career conversation to help them differentiate between future IT skill sets for career development.• Successfully contributed to a 100% completion rate for JITA VAN A 2023 providing daily check-ins, one on one support and planning, as well as compassion and encouragement to participants to ensure all participants were job ready by week 10 of the program.
