Let's Go Fitness (www.letsgo.fit) is an online fitness community for people of all abilities. We provide online fitness classes (e.g., weight lifting, yoga, personal training) for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our service is designed to handle all of the challenges in finding a program for people with special needs. We provide simple instructions, create routines, facilitate conversation, handle meltdowns, celebrate inclusivity and provide modifications and a no judgement zone among many other accommodations. We've also create a community around our athletes that builds and encourages socialization as well as provides another job pathway for people with IDD.

Changing the world one movement at a time. Zenzaga provides speaking and consulting services to help non-profits and for-profits improve engagement. We do this by leveraging what has worked in grassroots movements.
