-Architected the networking, PLC, and SCADA design for the greenfield Long Beach Municipal Urban Stormwater Treatment (LB-MUST) project. Developed a novel method of utilizing industrial graphics and standardized tag names in standalone AVEVA InTouch to create replicable graphic objects reducing risk and programming effort. Lead a team of engineers to execute the both PLC and SCADA programming of the project.-Specialized in SCADA platform upgrades including: virtualization, host configuration, active directoryconfiguration, firewall and switch design, and networking design. Served as the technical lead on five simultaneous platform upgrade projects where I trained new engineers on the infrastructure, networking, and virtualization processes so all upgrades could be executed in parallel. Lead the commissioning of multiple in-situ infrastructure upgrades, ensuring that process critical infrastructure had zero downtime throughout the deployment process.

-Served as the main project engineering for the investigation, upgrade, and SCADA system merger of the 12 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant and rainwater Collections systems that serves over 130,000 people and businesses. Upgraded and combined the two legacy SCADA systems into a single modern System Platform Galaxy and OMI ViewApp. Deployed the updated system live on-site while coordinating with operations to minimize downtime. -Severed as a project and support engineering who aided in urgent support requests to the 8 MGD LJVL Advanced Water Treatment Facility, including live Control Expert PLC code modifications and optimizations to the AVEVA InTouch HMI system. Completed several remote and in-person deployments on a live system with zero unexpected downtime. Assisted on-site operations with instrument and hardware troubleshooting while integrating new signals into the PLC and SCADA systems.

-Served as the main point-of-contact for the City of Newport Beach, managing all ongoing projects and annual support contract activities-Coordinated the execution and deploy of the SCADA Platform Upgrade project 2 months ahead of schedule and 20% under budget
