• Responsible for producing all adhoc reports for the Western Health and Social Care trust. • Receiving and Responding to Parliamentary questionnaires, our department was a direct link between personnel and payroll.• Responsible for the upkeep of the HRMS system which held details of over 12, 000 employees of the trust.

• My duties included: working in reception, making and receiving telephone calls, photocopying, faxing, filing and dealing with payments and receipts. • I took minutes at meetings, typed minutes and forwarded minutes to all relevant staff and assisted with other ad-hoc duties made appointment for the new deal officers, arranged meetings, and assisted with interview paperwork.
