Over the last 25 years, I am experienced, leading and enabling teams, to change and develop, for benefit outcomes. One of the most satisfying aspects of my work, is when key stakeholders advocate my added value. My role as a programme manager, has enabled me to develop a hybrid change experience, with both agile and traditional project management styles, working together to build fair customer journeys and product value. These strategic change skills, are strengthened from my heritage relationship management and negotiation expertise, where I have much practice storytelling and influencing without authority. One day, I will finish my yacht-master.....After leaving LBG in May'24 and before embarking on the next chapter of my career, I am taking the opportunity to gain professional certifications, to recognise my worked experience. I am also making the time, to take a deep dive into the impact of Generative AI on business and product strategy and re-imagining how customer journeys can look, with this additional AI expert assist.
