- Designed and coded an internal facing iOS application for the IT department to assist with their ticketing system (it was still in use through 2019).- The application streamlined the IT service desk internal daily workflow. It used Jira API calls and SMTP to allow users to create IT desk tickets at a kiosk without disrupting workflow.- Self-taught the Swift programming language. Created an easy to use UI design compatible with all current (2017) iOS devices.- Fielded service desks tasks such as video conferencing as well as troubleshooting email and connection issues.
