CurrentIn my current role at the Iowa State University Bookstore, I manage multiple facets of operations, including e-commerce, retail, and event coordination. My responsibilities include:•E-commerce Operations: I oversee customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, accurate stock management, and effective back-order handling. I also collaborate with teams to improve the online shopping experience and streamline processes to enhance customer satisfaction.•Retail Store Management: I handle stock inventory, manage in-store product displays, and ensure that our retail environment is engaging for customers. This includes optimizing the stock layout and back-order processes to meet customer demand efficiently.•Event Coordination: As the event coordinator, I lead the planning and execution of university events, including large-scale events during college football games. My role includes organizing logistics, promoting events, and enhancing student engagement through innovative event strategies.
