At BitSight, I build scalable and robust data pipelines and platforms to enable data-driven decision making and insights for the leading provider of cybersecurity ratings and analytics. As a senior analytics engineer, I contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and delivery of big data projects using various programming languages and technologies, such as Kafka, Spark, Python, and AWS. I have a strong foundation and expertise in data science, big data analytics, and big data technologies, thanks to my master's degree in business analytics from The University of Texas at Dallas and my previous experience as a data scientist at Shortest Track and a data engineer at Capgemini. I am passionate about learning new technologies and tools in the data science and analytics domain, and I have completed multiple certifications on Python, Git, and GitHub from Coursera. I am also proficient in SQL, Hadoop, and Scikit-learn. I am committed to delivering high-quality and impactful data solutions that align with the business objectives and customer needs. For example, I developed a predictive model for customer churn using Python and Scikit-learn, and created a real-time data ingestion and processing system using Kafka and Spark.
