I enjoy working in a no-nonsense environment that feeds my desire for adventure in an extraordinary setting. On top of that, the bigger the machinery, the more interesting it is for me.As a former Operator Mechanic at Ampelmann Operations my wishes were met in many areas. I found it interesting to go to the various places where we worked and I could to work on and drive the innovative Ampelmann.I am driven by the changes, the adventurous, the versatility of the job and also the contact with different authorities. Accurate planning, organizing and performing tasks to get the job done properly attracts me. I like to strive towards a goal.In my work as a quality advisor, surveyor, operator / mechanic, maritime officer, but I also as a schoolteacher I have shown that I am well able to lead and to steer employees. Conversely, I can be well coached. There I am willing to learn. Besides that I am used to work independently, but I'm definitely a team player. Due to my strong collegiality I am open to the opinions and feedback of others, but I also dare to give my feedback to others. I am ambitious for a job with responsibility, which is challenging and has variety in the work, so I can combine my technical, social and communication skills.
