Country management of the local Peterson office in Qatar as well as an onsite position as a consultant for Qatar Petroleum around the implementation of the JMPLOC sharing concept which saved our client a proven 45% yearly and reduced their CO2 emissions by 10.000 tonnes (22%).I set up the local office from scratch and developed it into a stable office with up to 6 FTE. Contracts are including but not limited to technology & IT implementation, logistics improvement, sustainability consultancy, ESG reporting, (B-Corp) certification and several more. The success is expected to lead to regional expansion in UAE, Saudi & possibly Oman.

Several projects including logistics analysis in Qatar on behalf of QatarEnergy around the logistics planning of their 9 joint ventures and possible gains through sharing. We've estimated significant possible savings and got awarded a follow up contract to set up vessel sharing and digitize their supply chain.

Manager of AMLA, ‘Aberdeen Marine Logistics Alliance’. AMLA is a collaboration between oil & gas operators in the central- and northern north sea which enables them to share spare deck space on an ad-hoc basis. Managed the complete program including and not limited to contract & account management, web app development and day to day operations.

1st assignment: Control Union, Zwolle and Berlin: Cost allocation of different certification programs. 2nd assignment: Peterson Inspection and Logistics, Rotterdam: Waste management report & Operational support. 3rd assignment: Peterson Offshore Group, Den Helder and Aberdeen: Asset management, assessment of cranes, forklifts and trucks.
