In 2015 the Rotterdam Chamber Music Society (RCMS) turned into a foundation, and in June 2016 the board was installed, of which I am chairman. The RCMS was founded by Julien Hervé, principal clarinet of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra (RPhO), in order to organise chamber music concerts performed by a combination of professional musicians, mostly from the RPhO, and top talented students from Dutch conservatories. The venues of these concerts are the Bergsingelkerk and the Oude Kerk Charlois in Rotterdam. The Chief Conductor of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, Lahav Shani, is Honorary Chairman of the RCMS. The former Chief Conductor, now Honorary Conductor, of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, has become the Society's Honorary Ambassador.

Conducting numerous amateur wind orchestras through the years, leading rehearsals and concerts. Includes programming, coaching, teaching. Making new arrangements for a variety of wind orchestras.

Responsibilities include programming the two orchestras based in Arnhem and Enschede of the 2021-2022 season, artistic management of the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 seasons, budgeting and managing the artistic department. Chair for audition commissions.

Responsible for budgets, contracts, fund applications, negotiations. Also programming several concerts. General responsibility for the two weeks' tour through the Czech Republic and the Netherlands of the Jeugdorkest Nederland (85 people).

Handling the orchestra's artistic planning, inviting guest conductors and soloists, negotiating contract conditions, involvement in all artistic processes, first liaison for conductors and soloists, development of tours (Europe, USA, Asia, direct and via touring managements) and run outs, responsible for producing several projects. Liaison for the Concertgebouw with regard to season’s planning.
