I’ve worked at NextPhase for the past 2 1/2 yrs. I began as an assembly operator and then became an Assembly Specialist within the first 3 months. After a year I took over the supervision of the assembly lines on 2nd shift as the Production Assistant. I worked with the same lines for 2 1/2 yrs. I enjoy overtime when I can work it in and I do everything to provide and support my family.In October 2018 I left my position at NextPhase to begin working at Abiomed in Danvers, MA as a Quality Inspector 1. I learned valuable 5S principles to help reduce waste in the workplace as well as improve my skills by utilizing SAP and by learning more of the quality field. In February of 2020 I began a new path in my career by joining the team at Wilcox as a Quality Inspector.
