Keiren's primary role at Shaw was managing inbound sales calls of cable, internet, and phone home solutions. Whilst previous sales roles had been customer-facing, this was a natural fit, providing a high level of multitasking and issue management, as well as higher through-put quality customer service. As with previous roles, Keiren sought training to be proficient at sales, both personal and business, but also, technical support, loyalty, customer escalation, employee training, in-house support, and dispatch. This training made Keiren the primary agent who handled complex accounts and issues. Keiren was able to take joy out of resolving problems that had plagued customers and agents for months. One example being a customer with a particularly large estate. Most customers have between 1 and 4 TVs in their home, this individual wanted 14 with complete cable service and interconnected PVR capabilities. Through his unique understanding of property zoning and service provision, as well as technical expertise, Keiren was able to determine that the property would require three provisions (as if it were three properties) and coordinated the technician services and distribution that provided connected the home, managing customer expectations and updates over the coming weeks. This individual originally called to cancel services at multiple properties due to Shaw's inability to provide service to his expectations. Keiren was able to save the client, but also coordinate and provide unique solutions to a problem that had been impossible to resolve by other staff. Given the freedom and support to grow his role, Keiren was able to consistently achieve above-target sales results, as well as take pride in resolving problems for his coworkers and customers. Keiren provided regular feedback on employee software and resources, and many suggestions were quickly put into place, providing easier staff education, sales, and reducing workload for team support.

With strong sales and interpersonal skills and a strong, independent work ethic, Keiren was approached and offered a job with Mosaic, with the intention that he would represent Hewlett Packard in various retail outlets around Calgary. In this role, Keiren worked throughout the city, in various retail outlets. Personal organisation and client management was key as he created relationships with multiple sales teams, provided training to staff, and technology solutions to customers. Whilst focusing on Hewlett Packard technology, Keiren would make sure the customer had a cohesive sales experience and would assist with anything they required, from computer, to desk, to TVs. Far from distracting from his role, this approach achieved increased sales and customer experience, and formed strong and trusting relationships with the stores he worked with. Keiren was regularly listed as one of the top sales representatives in Western Canada, and consistently contributed feedback regarding customer perception of new products.

Though a sales consultant in technology, Keiren hated needing to send customers to multiple people around the store and managed to get training in all front-end departments, providing a better customer experience, as well has achieving higher sales. Keiren's dedication to his role meant he was selected to participate regularly with training programs outside of work with HP, Intel, and Microsoft, providing an extensive knowledge of the industry and future retail directions. He was consistently one of the top sales representatives in the province and actively worked with management on floor and stock layout, successfully driving sales and allowing his primary store to achieve the highest sales of key products and accessories relative to any store in Western Canada.Through active engagement in his role, as well as his extensive training, Keiren trained and mentored new associates, and took shifts in 5 stores throughout Calgary.
