Managing staff consisting of Case Managers, Maintenance staff and other key positions. Coordinating services for supportive housing programing services to homeless, drug and alcohol addicted individuals as well as mentally ill persons. Assisted with the inception of A Family Reunification Program servicing parents and children separated by DCYF, with the goal of reunification through liason with Case Workers, the legal system, supervised visitations and individualized case plans.
