Keisha York is an ESRC (LISS DTP) funded PhD candidate in Organisational Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London. Her research relates to virtual reality, diversity management and technological innovations for human resource development. Keisha is also a guest lecturer in Organisational Psychiatry & Psychology, and consultant to non-governmental organisations on root cause analyses, strategic interventions for workplace wellbeing and cultural transformations. In 2019, she founded the BiPP Network, a professional network organisation which has educated over 1000 individuals and nine stakeholders on racial inequities and career development in the psychology field. She also published in the Psycholojist and Psychological Medicine on representation in psychology and population mental health during global pandemics. Overall, Keisha functions to create diverse and transformative work cultures which embrace technological advances in human resource practice.
