Led US Cyber Command's largest organization consisting of servicemembers and government civilians from all US military branches and contractors. Drove restructuring of all 500+ employees into 5 functional directorates, pairing employee skillsets with strategic needs to build effective teams. Eliminated stove piping and redundancies while gaining organizational efficiencies to exponentially expand productivity and capacity. Established a 40-employee Interagency Intelligence Operations Center, generating key Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) leads for USCYBERCOM Commander’s #1 priority line of effort.

Led 5 discrete cyber-capability development teams, producing 31 tools to support USCYBERCOM missions. Coordinated with multiple USCYBERCOM organizations and interagency partners to assess customer needs and drive cyber tool development while managing stakeholder equities and implementing executive leadership prioritization guidance. Organized and conducted tool demonstration expo for 150+ attendees, showcasing completed and ongoing capability development to customer organizations and US Cyber Command executive leaders. This initiative directly led to a dramatic increase in requests for collaboration, employee emplacement, and tool development.

As the only U.S. Air Force Fusion Intelligence Analyst selected for NIU's 2015-2016 class, completed a rigorous academic program designed to prepare students for the complexity of intelligence work in the 21st century. The 43-credit curriculum focuses on three main themes: Globalization, future-focused Intelligence, and Intelligence for National Security. Researched and drafted a 130+ page thesis projecting the future challenges and opportunities for special operations technical intelligence support operations. Presented findings and recommendations to United States Special Operations Command senior leaders.

Led U.S. Air Force’s premiere special operations intelligence unit. Directed 90+ selectively-recruited linguists, airborne intelligence operators, and network intelligence analysts. Identified unsustainable organizational trends and led working group to develop courses of action. Oversaw resulting reform, restructuring organization for increased operational flexibility and efficiency, enabling the fulfillment of an additional 20% taskings despite 5% fewer employees.

Led team of 10 analysts providing tailored adversary Command and Control network analysis & targeting. Published the Air Force's only jamming guide for Air Operations Centers around the globe.

Led 4-person team conducting rotational 24/7 watch at Regional Security Operations Center. Drafted 120 daily situational updates for site senior leaders, and oversaw site's CRITIC reporting program.

Supported air surveillance, datalink, and air battle management operations while stationed at units in Idaho, South Korea, and Italy. Held six qualifications in the Aerospace Control and Warning Systems field, including achieving the coveted "Exceptionally Qualified" designation (reserved for the top 3% of the field) as both an Interface Control Technician and Weapons Director.
