Worked in conjunction with PM and FD in negotiating a successful outsourcing contract of first line support and WAN infrastructure comprising 280 national offices.

Responsible for Global WAN/LAN/Voice/Video infrastructure. 33 countries, 80 offices.Deployed multi vendor MPLS clouds with QoS peering points.Deployed Global IPT solution using Cisco CallManager.
