▪ Collaborate with producers in creating one hour of show content▪ Conduct lengthy pre-interviews for all appearing guests while determining key elements to their story▪ Brief guests on day of operation to prepare them while assuring comfort and confidence in their role on the show▪ Gather evidence, research, statistics, etc. related to a guest’s particular situation or condition

▪ Research, pitch and aid in the booking of guest co-hosts as well as segment guests (celebrity talent, public figures and non-celebrity guests)▪ Liaison between guest co-hosts and production by coordinating logistics for their appearance (scripts, show rundown, hot topics research)▪ Negotiate with publicists on their talent’s requests, appearance restrictions and travel▪ Meet/greet talent on day of operation and engage with their respective publicists/managers to build and strengthen positive, working relationships▪ Manage and archive the talent dept.’s expenses to monitor company spending

▪ Managed the audience department by supervising a team of 6, who executed the necessary logistics of the audience experience (booking, checking in, seating 200+ audience members)▪ Co-produced recurring live segment, Viewer Hot Topic, where an audience member joins the co-hosts at the Hot Topic table to discuss everyday pet peeves or news in the headlines▪ Strategized new ways to maintain and excel at home viewership by helping develop segments that integrated live audience participation, while simultaneously creating a memorable experience for those attending the live studio audience▪ Coordinated the show’s VIP clientele (Disney/ABC executives, friends/family of the co-hosts and celebrity guests, advertising partners, etc.)
