Advised the brigade commander on the organization’s equipment readiness and maintenance posture for 17,717 pieces of equipment utilized by 1,779 soldiers; Provided oversight and enforcement of maintenance standard operating procedures within the brigade to ensure standard maintenance procedures were followed; Conducted staff assistance visits of subordinate units to evaluate compliance with army standards and regulations; Managed without disruption, the migration of the brigade’s SSA from legacy SARRS to GCSS-A; Analyzed maintenance trends and data to capture life cycle cost and utilized performance measures to improve overall equipment effectiveness in the brigade; Monitored and analyzed cost reduction for a class IX budget in excess of $9.7 million dollars; Compiled standard army management information systems (STAMIS) reporting for division level logistic briefings and represented the brigade in division level forums; Hosted and participated in weekly maintenance meetings to educate, indentify/solve problems and promote teamwork; Served as the GCSS-A material/execution manager for the brigade support operations section; Reconciled the brigade’s PBUSE and SAMS-E equipment data to ensure accurate and accountable reporting to LOGSA, and developed and organized technical training for 197 maintenance and automated logistics soldiers serving in the brigade.

Served as a senior instructor for the United States Army’s Ordnance School; Developed and implemented lessons and material utilized in the technical training of 750 warrant officers; Provided direct coaching and mentoring to 27 technical trainers serving in the advance wheel department; Wrote, validated and updated all applicable lesson plans and test material utilized to train warrant officers; Researched and wrote the HEMTTA4 program of instruction (POI) for the warrant officer basic/advance courses and the non-commission officer advance leader’s course; Developed and implemented an interactive computer base training product for the warrant officer basic and advance course students; Researched complex, detailed training material to accuracy of course documents to ensure training met current industry standards and practices, and designed the HEMTTA4 technical training units for use in the advance wheel department.

Oversaw various BRAC facility construction projects amounting to $300 million dollars; Managed four major contracts simultaneously during different stages of construction without delays; Represented the end-user in developing equipment movement plans, and support contracts; Conducted executive level briefings to inform the commanding general and end-users of construction progress; Coordinated specialized safety inspections to ensure building safety codes were met prior to public occupation, and utilized experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point) to perform daily duties.
