Keith has been in the electrical engineering consulting field for over 30 years. Keith's professional responsibilities include electrical engineering technical manager, lead engineer, mentoring/training, and Engineer in Responsible Charge for project design. Specific design experience includes power systems analysis and design, grounding systems, standby and prime power generation, large scale UPS systems, medium voltage power systems, voice and data networks, fire alarm systems, security systems, and A/V systems. Major clients include Department of Defense, USDA, ARS, NIH, federal and local Government, and commercial clients. Design experience with power systems analysis using SKM Power Tools (PTW) electrical system modeling software, ETAP modeling software, Caterpillar and Onan generator sizing software, lighting design software (AGi-32), electro-acoustic audio system modeling, architectural acoustical analysis and noise mitigation modeling, and he has been involved in power quality analysis and PQ improvement projects, and has provided acoustical testing for Government SCIF facilities.
