Responsible for mobilizing action to execute the effective and optimal use of Mass General Brigham Digital technology platforms across the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. Provided information systems senior management for the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network Digital Team. Ensured that information systems solutions served the needs of the site and were well managed. Led and directed the Partners Continuing Care (Spaulding Rehabilitation Network and Partners HealthCare at Home) deployment of the Partners eCare / Epic enterprise-wide initiative to develop and implement an integrated, electronic health information system at all hospitals and provider organizations across the Partners HealthCare Network. Responsible for driving and structuring the full lifecycle of the complex deployment and implementation initiatives.
