EXPERIENCEI have been working in the construction industry for the past 35 years. I was employed as a plant operator come ground worker for c spencer ltd then I worked up to foreman then construction supervisor and I am currently employed as a Construction Manager. My duties as a Construction manager are to make sure that the site is run safely and cost effectively. I do this by utilizing the men to the best of their abilities, giving praise when deserved to boost moral and criticism or even discipline if required. I makes sure that all materials required to do the job are on site to complete the job and also makes sure that the right equipment and plant is ordered to carry out the task in hand. I look for continual improvements to make the working environment a more profitable, safer place to work.I have been a heavy plant operator for 30+ years.
