Aberdeen- manage and control a small team in the overall running of a busy kitchen covering 200residents 4 times a day every day.- Control and manage all hygiene issues and training in the kitchen- Responsible for the budget and ordering of all food stuffs

Aberdeen (offshore)- Manage and run a busy kitchen for 1000 residents feeding them 4 times a day.- prepare and serve high quality meals- all menus and bakery product submissions- manage and control the food budget of 2 million pounds- manage and control a small team of 10 including all training and audit controls

Aberdeen- assist in the running of a busy Kitchen on an offshore unit- work 12 hour shifts feeding 300 people 4 times a day

Macduff- running of a busy hotel - all aspects of menu planning and cost control- manage and train a small team
