Senior Program Manager, Economic Inclusion
Current- Develop and lead HIAS’ programmatic and policy work to build financial capability services into refugee resettlement programs.
- Oversee and build the capacity of a network of 27 affiliates to participate in financial capability programs; identify and introduce funding opportunities to support these programs and provides technical assistance.
- Develop a structural training plan/curriculum, conduct quarterly network--‐wide trainings and manage the development of tools and resources with the aim of building affiliates’ anti-poverty and financial education.
- Conduct on-site monitoring and assessment visits to affiliate sites for training purposes, ensuring high quality programming.
- Lead the design, development, implementation, management and evaluation of the IDA and other similar programs, including conducting needs assessments, developing program plans, and monitoring local programs to ensure.
- Through community outreach and partnership building, connect HIAS affiliates with programs or services that support the facilitation of skills development and help refugees on a pathway to new and sustainable lives.
