Technical Lead of the Firm's Document Management Team. Responsible for software development and platform architecture. Works closely with lawyers and staff to design and implement full range of document management solutions for the Legal industry including retention, legal holds, discovery, activity tracking, custom integrations, matter management, etc.

Lead Architect for an industry leading SaaS solution in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance space. Responsible for providing architectural direction to developers both local and offshore. Most recent projects were to provide support for integration with external Document Management Systems, provide technical direction to enable our web application to pass a security penetration test and lead efforts to add multi-language support to the application.

Most recently part of the Agile Development Group within Progressive responsible for defining and promoting Agile Development throughout the organization as both an active participant on Agile projects and as a facilitator and instructor during internal Agile training programs. Recent projects have dealt extensively with development of internet applications using .NET technologies, C#, Javascript, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server. Projects have included online quoting and buying, online claims reporting, enterprise wide code elevation management system.
