Due to consistent license mgmt. & cost savings was moved to Central Group Software team to manage Oracle globally for Vodafone, where I still am considered the Oracle license GuruTook on Veritas, Symantec, IBM, ConnectDirect, ServiceNow, Openstack, VMware and all Database and OS vendors used within Vodafone Group, managing software contracts, budget approvals, licenses, audits (internal / external) both software &hardware plus supporting functions.During 2014-16 supported creation of VAMS function in Luxembourg then moved to Vendor management team to manage Vendor whole of life; first engagement to multi-million ELA’s, even PULA’s then termination and contract closures.Was pivotal in past 5 multi-year Oracle negotiations ending with a PULA last year.
