Following up with any investigations required as to why the error occurred and instigate countermeasures to ensure the risk of recurrence was reduced and/or eliminated. Changing and introducing new process's, determining and recording the tact time of new process to ensure operators could physically carry out said tasks at hand without over stressing an individual.Raising/writing annual appraisals and carrying out all disciplinary actions as required.
