As an Adjunct Professor I teach the Intellectual Property Law Firm Program and directed research courses. The courses generally focus on a teach students the practical aspects of practicing law and of teaching the skills necessary to succeed as an a practicing attorney.

Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, drafting license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, settlement agreements, cease and desist letter, answers, complaints, patent and trademark applications and patent, copyright ,and trademark clearance opinions. Additional responsibilities include Intellectual Property Due Diligence in support of mergers and acquisitions, and legal research related to various complex intellectual property matters.

Responsibilities included conducting patentability and trademark investigations and drafting opinions on the same, drafting patent applications, responses to Office Actions, license agreements, settlement agreements, cease and desist letters, answers, complaints and conducting legal research. In addition, my responsibilities included reviewing and editing drafts of the same by junior Intellectual Property Interns prior to review by supervising attorneys.

Responsibilities included conducting patentability investigations, drafting patentability reports, drafting provisional patent applications, drafting non-provisional patent applications, and conducting legal research.
