Ground safety officers are Marine officers, trained and able to manage or assist in the operation of the Marine Corps Ground Safety Program in compliance with the Code of Federal Regulations. This non-PMOS is also awarded to enlisted Marines.

Aviation ordnance equipment repair technicians perform duties incident to the accounting, stowage, breakout, testing, maintenance, assembly and transportation of airborne armament equipment, armament-handling equipment, air launched missiles, and conventional munitions. At the lMA level, aviation ordnance equipment repair technicians perform required inspections, tests, checks adjustments, preventive maintenance and repair on support equipment, missile launching equipment, multiple ejection/bomb racks, aircraft guns, turrets, aerial targets, and a wide variety of highly technical aircraft armament weapons systems in addition to performing quality assurance, safety, and maintenance management duties.

The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity, is the authorized fundraising and support organization for the Toys for Tots Program. The Foundation provides the funding and support needed for successful annual toy collection and distribution campaigns. The Foundation staff is headquartered in the Cooper Center located just outside the main gate of Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia, about 35 miles south of Washington, DC.The Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and conducting the campaign in his/her community.Local toy collection campaigns begin in October and last until mid to late December. Toy distribution also takes place mid to late December. Members of the community drop new, unwrapped toys in collection boxes positioned in local businesses. Coordinators pick up these toys and store them in central warehouses where the toys are sorted by age and gender. At Christmas, Coordinators, with the assistance of local social welfare agencies, church groups, and other local community agencies, distribute the toys to the less fortunate children of the community.

The concept embraces all events from the start of the maintenance operation to its completion. They must possess a detailed, working knowledge of all Navy-sponsored aviation maintenance programs and processes governed by COMNAVAIRFORINST

Helicopter mechanics, CH-46; inspect and maintain helicopter airframes and airframe components and perform duties relating to flight line operation.

Track Vehicle RepairerPrimary Duties: Supervises and performs direct support and general support (DS/GS) maintenance on track vehicles; supervises maintenance on wheeled vehicles, material handling equipment (MHE), and chemical quartermaster equipment (less office machines); and supervises related activities including fuel and electrical system repair and maintenance.Skill Level 1 Performs repair of gas turbine power plants/ packs, diesel power plants/packs, compression ignition engine fuel systems, compression ignition air induction systems, vehicle air cooling systems, vehicle liquid cooling systems, track hull electrical systems, automatic transmission assemblies, track vehicle cross drive transmission assemblies, transfer assemblies, hydraulic brake systems, mechanical/hydraulic steering systems, track vehicle hydraulic assemblies, and fire extinguisher/suppression systems. Repair track vehicle using battlefield damage assessment and repair (BDAR).Skill Level 2 Performs duties in preceding skill level, supervises lower grade soldiers, and provides technical guidance to the soldiers in the accomplishment of their duties.Skill Level 3 Performs duties in preceding skill levels, perform and supervise fuel and electrical systems repairer (MOS 63G) duties, and performs and supervises wheel vehicle repairer (MOS 63W) duties. Inspects and troubleshoots tracked vehicle automotive systems, wheel vehicles, and classify equipment.Skill Level 4 Performs duties in preceding skill levels. Supervises the inspection and troubleshooting of tracked vehicle automotive systems and wheeled vehicles. Manages battlefield damage assessment and repair.
