I devote everything to every aspect of my profession. While I may not have some of the amazing food and technical talents of some chefs, I can fully go head to head against anyone with regard to the management aspect. It comes down to this. I save my employers a lot of money, and I make them a lot of money! I am also great for a company's image. I bring a huge amount of exposure through the national culinary and recipe contests I win, the charitable causes I do work with, and my affiliations with professional organizations like the American Culinary Federation.
