Managed the development of a series of new generators designed for Google including PLC controlled management system and N+2 UPS. Managed all technical, commercial and financial aspects of the project with a value over £20m. Developed project cost reduction programmes along with developing the operation and maintenance schedules for power generating systems in the field.
