With over 25 years of experience in the electrical and electronics engineering field, I am a senior global team technical Engineering Director at HID Global, a leading provider of trusted identity solutions. As the Director of Systems QA (PACS), I build and lead global teams and oversee the quality assurance of hardware, firmware, software, and user (Ux) experience for physical access control systems (PACS), ensuring the delivery of high-performance, reliable, and secure products and services to our customers.I have personally developed several unique ways to track and directly improve delivered quality.In my current role, I leverage my Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist credential and my expertise in telecommunications, GSM, and electrical engineering to design, develop, and implement technical solutions within development, NPI, and cross-functional and cross-geographic QA teams. I also partner with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to align the QA strategy with the business objectives, customer needs, and industry standards.
