I am a graduate from the University of Queensland with a dual degree as a bachelor of computer science and master of cybersecurity. This program has allowed me to learn both theoretical understandings and practical skills in computer science concepts. I am focussing in cybersecurity, which is my passion and goal. I aspire to become a cybersecurity professional who can contribute to improving global standards and practices in cybersecurity, as well as to protect digital assets & data of individuals and organizations.As a Help Desk Analyst at Trimble Networks, a managed services provider that serves clients in various industries, I apply my computer science and cybersecurity knowledge to troubleshoot devices, liaise with clients, and resolve or escalate issues to the appropriate teams. I have developed my skill in utilizing industry standard technologies such as Microsoft Defender (for Cloud and Endpoint), Microsoft Purview, Connectwise, and KnowBe4.
